Refund Policy
Last Updated: 21 October 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through The Mortal Kali, including healing and guidance sessions, specialised programs, online courses and workshops.
Please read the relevant service or course details carefully before making a payment.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed according to the service purchased, whether the service has started or been delivered, the applicable cancellation terms and applicable law.
Where a cancellation is approved and is eligible for a refund, 30% of the applicable amount paid will be deducted, and 70% will be refunded.
The 30% deduction covers administrative, booking and processing-related costs.
2. Refunds for Sessions and Appointments
For eligible cancellations made before a session takes place, the 30% cancellation deduction will generally apply, with the remaining 70% refunded after approval.
Once a session has been completed, a refund is generally not available for that completed session, except where required by applicable law or where The Mortal Kali agrees otherwise in writing.
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Rescheduling depends on availability and the terms of the service purchased.
3. Refunds for Programs and Packages
For specialised programs, multi-session packages or other services delivered over a period of time, refund requests will be assessed based on the progress of the program, services already provided, applicable booking terms and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved for an eligible cancellation, the 30% deduction will apply to the eligible amount paid for the cancelled portion, unless a different requirement applies under applicable law or the specific offering terms.
A refund is not guaranteed after a program has started or services have been delivered.
4. Refunds for Online Courses and Digital Content
For online courses, recorded sessions, digital resources and downloadable materials, refund eligibility may depend on whether course access has been provided, the materials have been accessed or downloaded, and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Where a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the applicable cancellation deduction and other relevant terms will apply, subject to applicable law.
5. Workshops and Events
Refund requests for workshops or events will be reviewed according to the event details and the terms communicated at the time of booking.
If a workshop or event is cancelled by The Mortal Kali and no suitable alternative is offered, an appropriate refund or other resolution will be communicated, subject to applicable law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Visit our Contact Us page.
- Provide your name and order or booking details.
- Mention the service, course, program or workshop purchased.
- Explain the reason for your request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review your request. Submitting a request does not mean the refund has been approved.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. We will communicate any relevant processing information available to us.
If a refund is delayed beyond the timeframe communicated by us or your payment provider, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
8. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us through our Contact Us page with the relevant transaction or order details so that we can investigate.
9. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
